Dianne Lindsay comes from a family that has played a huge role in the development of country music in Australia, her parents being Reg Lindsay and Heather McKean. In 2012 and 2013 she was a Golden Guitar finalist for 'Bush Ballad of the Year' at the Tamworth Country Music Awards cementing her place as Australia’s leading Female Balladeer artist. Well known throughout Australia, she was recently invited to the USA to perform at a festival where she was honoured to be inducted into the ‘Old Time Country Music Hall of Fame’.
This is her 5th album - the variety of country songs are presented in true traditional style with a strong ballad flavour. Fifteen tracks in all - seven originals, some classics and favourites and included in the many standout tracks is a vocal harmony duet with her cousin, Anne Kirkpatrick.
