A Lexington, Kentucky-based post-hardcore quintet with a knack for infusing might with melody, Too Close to Touch came together in 2013 around the talents of vocalist Keaton Pierce, guitarists Mason Marble and Thomas Kidd, bassist Travis Moore, and drummer Kenneth Downey. Offering up an explosive mix of indie rock cool and punk-blasted emo pop energy in the vein of Sleeping with Sirens and The 1975, the band honed their chops on the road with like-minded rockers Emarosa and A Lot Like Birds before inking a deal with Epitaph Records and issuing an eponymous debut EP in 2014. Too Close to Touch's official debut long-player, Nerve Endings, followed in March of 2015.
