Jeffrey Hilton - Velvet Skies (2016)

Music has always been a passion of Jeffrey Hilton, a native of the East Bay region in Northern California. He grew up playing brass instruments and performed in multiple venues, including symphonic and theatre. He then played bass in a blues rock band named "Old School Xing" but ultimately focused on solo piano work after years of composing as a self-taught pianist. This led to the production of his first solo piano record, Awakenings, in which he worked under the name Demarco. He credits Spencer Chan, a fabulous pianist for helping him to grow and expand upon his musical palette. He has written and created music throughout his lifetime, and his newest release, Velvet Skies, is a compilation of beautiful solo piano melodies performed on his 1878 Steinway that have been described by his fans as "Romantic", "Dramatic", and "Passionate".
