Classicworks first release of 2017 comes from the analogue acid artisan, Daniel Araya. Having released recent 12"s on labels like Borft, Kontra Music and also featured on the label previous compilation of rough cuts, the Swede expands his portfolio with a tape of eight icy tracks.

Opening with the atmospheric percussion of +24? 7?, Araya demonstrates an aptitude for lo-fi industrial sounds with acid rhythms on M45,[1] Seven Sisters and 444 ly on average, tracks engineered for basement parties and warehouses alike. 3h 47m 24s and (136.2O1.2 pc) are relentless and menacing tunes that will slot into the sets of more uncompromising DJs, whilst the standout jam, 1.6, is a vintage vanguard anthem.

Fans of atonal explorations will find plenty of deep listening stimulation in the sunken acid cut Melotte 22 and the conclusion track, the epic 110' (arcmin.).
