On a hot evening, deep in the heart of Texas, Aaron Watson played to a crowd of several thousand and recorded the magical night both on film and audio tape. It's been four years since his last live CD was issued, and in that time the singer that's been dubbed The Honky Tonk Kid has released two albums, sold hundreds of thousands of tickets, and toured all over the country. Even though he is emerging as a national artist, he decided to return to the soil that he calls home in Texas for this special event to showcase what he and his band are on the cusp of becoming: bonafide headliners in big venues.
