RoosterHouse Gumbo Band started up in 2012. 170 combined years of music joy came together! RHGB have playe at the Notodden Blues festival 7 years in o row, providing a happy enthusiastic environment for jamsessions in addition to playing a set of our own. RHGB plays a gumbo of blues styles. Enthusiasm and love for the music is behind everything we do. Bjorn Ronneberg AKA Rowanberry Red enjoys being on stage. Strong vocals with Muddy Waters, Brownie McGhee , Lightnin´Hopkins, Jimmy Reed, Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis as some of the guiding stars. Plays piano, harmonica, cigarbox guitars, guitar and percussion if given a chance! Intense and enthusiastic on stage!

Sverre With AKA Dr. With. Guitar master. Has played in lots of other bands. Suberb guitar player that enjoys jump/swing/ trad old school the most.

Jon Kristiansen AKA ´fessor Kristiansen. Has played with lots of bands before- Old school steady blues bass player and a fountain of blues music trivia.

Jørn Olafsen AKA The rhythm and gambler man. Drummer and percussion. Keeps the band from going of the cliff!! Jørn Also has a wide background with other bands. ...and horse gambling!
