Cher - I'd Rather Believe In You (1976) Vinyl-Rip

Awsome 1976 CHER album released during the run of her television series with her ex husband Sonny Bono. I remember watching her perform the single "Long Distance Love Affair" on the show and it is a great song ... should have been a radio hit as well as the title song "I'd Rather Believe in You." In fact, this album may have CHER'S best song for song collection. Her album just before this one was "Stars" which is amazing and her best ever. The follow-up was "Cherished" which is classic CHER ... story songs and very strong melodies. Her albums on Warner brothers have never been released on CD so this is the best way to hear what this CHER fan considers the best work of her career. So much better in fact than the stuff she did in the 80's and later on with "Believe" etc ...
