Ten Strait Hits covers ten straight Top Ten singles (including eight number one hits) that George Strait had between 1988 and 1990, all of which are presented in chronological order. Several of his most popular songs -- including "Famous Last Words of a Fool," "Ace in the Hole," "Baby Blue," "Baby's Gotten Good at Goodbye," "I've Come to Expect It from You," and his biggest hit, "Love Without End, Amen" -- are featured on this collection. Though Strait did make very good albums, his singles compilations remain excellent albums in their own right, showcasing some of the very best country music made in the '80s and '90s.
