Never heard of Bolland and Bolland until I bought this album. I am told they are legends in their home country (Netherlands). I can see why. This team has brought together the best artists from Rock and Pop musical genre's into one smash album. The result: Pure musical genious, stunning pieces performed by artists who never fell from the top of their game, many who are legends themselves. Honestly there is not one bad song on this entire album. From the poignant and well spoken narrative from Deep Purple frontman Ian Gillan, and followed by the introduction song by Colin Blunstone, this is a well produced musical journey into the life of Charles Darwin.
My favourite songs are: "Way Of The Evolution", "Emma My Dear" by Colin Blunstone, "Hey Charlie" by Suzie Quatro, and the instrumentation flowing all through this masterpiece.
