K.Markov - Works (2018)

Mark Van Slyke Fantastic collection of tracks from K. Markov's very prolific 2016 output, assembled into one continuous 50-minute track. This is really great stuff. Delicate/spacey/chimey to heavy and dark sci-fi soundtrack eeriness. Interesting layering, sequencing, ratcheting--the works--with lots of subtle melodic noodling and metallic undertones. Timeless Berlin School mastery. It gets in a groove and surprises you by kicking it up a notch when you least expect it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
