This is an eclectic and wide ranging Tammy Wynette collection. There are some fairly well-known tunes as well as some obscurities, ranging in era from the middle of the 1960s through the early '80s -- she was with Epic the entire time. While "Stand by Your Man" is here, many of the bigger hits are not, replaced instead with the title track of her first children's album "Kids Say the Darndest Things," and some really awesome love and lust cuts like "Heaven's Just a Sin Away." While the price is right for this set, the material is for more seasoned fans looking to get a bit deeper than the curious newcomer.
