Beyond Reach represents a true "pop" cornucopia. Their debut combines so many aesthetic elements that finding a pigeon hole for putting this CD in to, would not only be an injustice to their music but would also be next to impossible.

Randle Chowning and Larry Lee were two of the founding members of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. Randle was the lead vocalist and guitarist on the bands first hit "If You Wanna' Get To Heaven" and Larry co-wrote and sang the groups best known song, "Jackie Blue". Reunited once again after twenty-five years, the two have spent the past three years creating this new music together. It's fresh, bold and a truly rich listening experience. It's music that until now has been just beyond reach.

This CD is full of music that is reminiscent of the likes of the Moody Blues, Pink Floyd and even a bit of Peter Gabriel. If that sounds like the recipe for your musical delights, then this CD could be just what you're looking for.
