Susan Hanlon - Louder Every Minute (2019)

Susan Hanlon Ferrer is a singer & voice teacher in the Dallas area.

Louder Every Minute, Susan's new album on Armored Records will be released on January 18th, 2019 and features original tunes in combination with arrangements of pop and jazz standards.

As a vocal teacher, Susan primarily focuses on building a solid foundation and maintaining vocal health in various musical styles. Her students work on pop, jazz, country, folk, singer/songwriter, rock, contemporary christian and musical theater styles in addition to choral music and classical repertoire. After enjoying her position of Professor of Commercial Voice at Collin College for 8 years, Susan turned her focus to her private studio of singers. She frequently works as an adjudicator and clinician in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Susan earned her M.A in Voice at The University of North Texas. Her graduate studies centered around vocal pedagogy and commercial vocal techniques.

Continuing her vocal studies, Susan works with Tom Mckinney vocal coach to Beyonce, Solange, Scott Hoying and many more. Working with Tom has offered a deeper understanding of his Sing with the Ease of Speech Singing Technique™ that he created after extensive study under Seth Riggs. She is a current member of TMEA, NATS & The Assoc. of Popular Music Education.
