Vinius, the moniker of Bay Area-based composer Devin Farney, released his debut album "Heart And Bladder" in early 2019. Fusing (or perhaps fissioning) influences of piano pop (Ben Folds, Cold Play), modern hipster electro-indie (The Dirty Projectors, The Flaming Lips), and cinematic/orchestral elements, H&B is a colorful collection of self-contained highly melodic songs covering themes of modern cyber-alienation and other timeless insecurities.
