The first association, which raises the title of Transatlantyk, is a novel by Witold Gombrowicz, one of the most important Polish emigre creators - and it is about the life in exile that sounds the recognized vibraphonist Dominik Bukowski with his band, the trumpeter Emil Miszkiem, Adam Żuchowski on double bass and Patryk Dobosz on drums.

Transatlantyk is also a verbal and musical project that expresses emotions related to Polish emigration, touches on the problems of the creator staying outside his country. The music includes quotes from Witold Gombrowicz, Sławomir Mrożek, as well as stories about today's emigration of three Poles who left their homeland. In the repertoire, in addition to the original songs, there is also a composition by Andrzej Panufnik Dreamscape.
