femme culture presents the second volume of their label compilation in aid of UN Women, HeForShe x femme culture, to be released on April 5th 2019.

Last year, London based record label and DIY art collective femme culture were appointed by UN Women to curate the HeforShe compilation, a beautiful body of work released in celebration of gender equality and women’s empowerment.

This year the collective, return with the second volume of this compilation, enlisting electronic artists from all over the world who have contributed tracks, with all proceeds from streaming and purchases going to the UN. The new compilation will feature tracks from Martyn Bootyspoon, Mr Mitch, India Jordan, Elkka, Rupert Clervaux, Minimal Violence, Nightwave, Lone, Ouri, Klein Zage, Locked Groove, Owwwls, Badsista and Nicolas Hoppner. Spanning ambient, atmospheric soundscapes, minimalist instrumentals, heated percussive beats and dark, acid-tinged electronica, the compilation showcases the best of the underground in 2019.
