TJ Sullivan - Old School Blues EP (2019)

Thelonius James aka TJ Sullivan received his Current nom de plum during a Recording Session at Grandmas Warehouse with Oscar Jordan and the Mighty Sons of Hercules. While tracking “Roughneck,” a tune Co-Written by Oscar & TJ for the album Eclectic Soul, Pianist, Alex Stuart asked TJ, what the Initials TJ stood for. This prompted Oscar to say, “Don’t you know? It’s Thelonius James!” When Alex asked for a confirmation, TJ decided to go with it and he has been Thelonius James ever since. Though not his name at birth (that would be Thomas John) it has grown into an Alter Ego of sorts. Through the Soul of Thelonius James comes the Music TJ has come to call his own…
