Paul McClure - Songs for Anyone (2016)

This superb follow-up to 2014's 'Smiling From The Floor Up' from Rutland based singer-songwriter Paul McClure, or the 'difficult second debut' as he prefers to call it, is another beautifully crafted concoction of songs about love - trying to get it, trying to keep it, trying to understand it and just getting on with it. Combining elements of country, folk and Americana, the album once again features Joe Bennett (The Dreaming Spires) and Hannah and Alex Elton-Wall (Redlands Palomino Company), alongside drummer Michael Monaghan and vocalist Lola-Rose McClure.
