Adi the Monk - Soul of the City Streets (2019)

Adi the Monk (ah-dee) is a guitarist and solo artist based in Asheville, North Carolina.
He has been featured as a regular performer at Biltmore Estate, Carmel's in the Grove Arcade and Whistle Hop Brewing Company.
Adi was a Vaishnava Monk for 8 years and has served in temples in India and Nepal. He has also lived in the Philippines, Greece and the Middle East.
Echoing traditions of Blues, Jazz and Funk, Adi's music is very personal and expressive, transcending stylistic boundaries:

Adi is a multi-instrumentalist, but he has always had a special love for stringed instruments. Some of his biggest musical influences are Miles Davis, Hubert Sumlin and Jimi Hendrix.
