Music is Adam Bodine’s lifelong passion and his full-time profession. Based out of Colorado, this talented pianist and multidimensional keyboardist joyfully excels in a variety of roles and situations. An evocative composer and arranger, a soulful improviser, tasteful accompanist, charismatic performer, diligent bandleader, and reliable and sought-after sideman, Bodine embodies keen musicianship and remarkable versatility.

Tearing it up on stage or laying it down in the studio, Adam has refreshingly open sensibilities and is an extraordinary player in most any environment. Although he is comfortable with generally being labeled a jazz musician, and certainly revels in the language, aesthetic qualities and artistic freedoms intrinsic to jazz music, Bodine flourishes beyond the confines of categorization. His diverse musical background, interests and technical expertise continue to expand and embrace an extremely eclectic range of styles, genres, cultures and disciplines.

Bodine’s two most recent albums, Nurtured By Nature and Opus Reminiscence, magnificently showcase the young artist’s creative musical prowess and blossoming development as a pianist, composer and bandleader. A cool coalescence of modern and traditional jazz, infused with various elements of classical, rock, funk, blues, bluegrass, reggae and Latin, these adventurous, beautiful and captivating collections of original material emanate a fun and cinematic vibe while brilliantly intermingling an extensive assortment of instrumentation.

A super busy dude outside of his own projects, Adam is also a very active freelance musician and in-demand keyboardist. In just a handful of years, Bodine’s booming career has had the pleasure of playing thousands of performances with hundreds of bands. He’s gigged around the country at a vast array of reputable venues and festivals and has worked alongside and shared the stage with some of the absolute very best in the biz. Adam has also accompanied choirs and operas, as well as a variety of theatrical presentations including musicals, plays and even silent films. A consummate go-to studio musician as well, Bodine is regularly recruited to collaborate on all sorts of artists’ albums and recordings, as well as various audiovisual productions on the web, TV and film.

As a music educator, Adam enjoys connecting and working with students and music lovers of all ages and skill levels.
