Apollo: Atmospheres & Soundtracks is a collaboration with Eno's brother Roger and Daniel Lanois. The first part was originally recorded for the 1983 documentary For All Mankind about the Apollo 11 moon landing. For All Mankind is also the title of the LP's second half, which is made up of 11 new compositions that reimagine the music for the '80s film. The LP will be released on July 19th to celebrate the historic event's 50th anniversary.

Next month, Eno will receive the 2019 Stephen Hawking Medal For Science Communication for his "contribution to the popularisation of science" at the STARMUS Festival in Zurich, Switzerland. Elon Musk and Todd Douglas Miller's new documentary Apollo 11 will also receive the honour.
