22 years since the last studio album was released (Time Factory on Delerium Records) and nearly 30 years since it was recorded, NUKLI are releasing a full 80 minutes of gloriously proggy psychedelic rock. Taking you on a journey via time machine, through the free festivals of old, the souks of Morocco whilst dancing the spiral and proving that there is another way of life!
After recording the backing tracks at Foel in 2012, an initial attempt at finishing the tracks ground to a halt with unsatisfactory results. With a great supply of wonderful live recordings available to the band, it made sense to put out live albums, which distracted from the fact the the studio recordings still weren't finished. It was only towards the end of 2018 that Peter Out pushed the project forward, working relentlessly, like a man possessed, to finish the mixes. Mark Huxley came up with the artwork evoking album covers of old. Things were finally coming together!
So... here it is. Finally... there is another way to listen to your favourite Nukes numbers!
