‘Shapes: Kaleidoscope’ is the latest in Tru Thoughts’ series of essential label compilations put together by A&R and co-owner (and renowned DJ) Robert Luis. After 18 years of independently releasing music, the ‘Shapes’ compilation series continues to encompass the best of the Brighton-based label’s eclectic and international roster. Boasting new signings and some ear-catching remixes, this two-part compilation is available on digital formats on 11th August 2017.

“In the year that Tru Thoughts celebrates 18 years of releasing music, it is exciting to put together a collection of tunes representing where the label is at now, with established and successful artists in there alongside newer signings”, says Luis; “The new Shapes collection still reflects the ethos of the very first Tru Thoughts compilation released all those years ago: a mix of new and exciting music, regardless of genre.”
