Slowgold - Morkare (2018)

The music Slowgold's album "Darker" shows further development of songwriter Amanda Werne, her fellow musician Johannes Mattsson and Erik Berntsson and co-producer Cristian Brieba. The album touches feelings about hope, and the insight that the jump is strongest when it's dark. It is a very emotionally loaded disc, in a more factual and brutal way than before, but as always embedded in the dream we recognize from Slowgold's previous album. Slowgold is Amanda Werne's musical alias. She creates timeless, poetic stories that are carried out using distant guitars as well as dreamy vocals.
