UK outfit QUIET WORLD was a band project set up by brothers and composers Lea, Neil and John Heather; with a line-up including Steve Hackett (guitar), John Hackett (flute), Gill Gilbert (vocals), John Heather (guitar, vocals), Sean O'Mally (drums), Eddy Hines (flute, sax), Dick Driver (bass) and Phil Henderson (piano, trumpet, organ, recorder, vocals).

Their debut album "The Road" was issued in 1970; but with Steve Hackett joining Genesis shortly after this was to be the sole production of this band.
