Lara Puglia (vocals), in collaboration with Luca Savazzi (piano) and Stefano Carrara (double bass), publishes his new album "My Lotte", recorded for Notami Jazz. The "My Lotte. The Song Of Kurt Weill" project was born from a research work that crosses the work of the German composer Kurt Weill in a crossroads of languages between classic and popular, Jazz and contemporary, inspired by famous interpretations, orchestrations and arrangements ranging from the first versions of Brecht's works to the reinterpretations of Bruno Maderna and Laura Betti, Milva and Giorgio Strehler, Gil Evans and Miles Davis, Dee Dee Bridgewater. It was thanks to the vocal qualities and the interpretative qualities of his wife Lotte Lenya that the poetic and musical world of Kurt Weill took shape and precisely to this figure the project "My Lotte. The Song of Kurt Weill" is symbolically entitled. A project dedicated to a visionary world capable of realizing in a new theatrical and musical form the sweetness, sensuality, modesty, impetuosity of a feminine universe crossed by epochal changes.
