Although it'll be easy to spot a personal favorite or two missing, Anthology of Tom Waits does an excellent job of rounding up highlights from his Asylum recordings, including "Ol' 55," "Heart of Saturday Night," "I Hope That I Don't Fall in Love With You," "Tom Traubert's Blues," and "Jersey Girl." Many of his Asylum albums are worthwhile on their own terms, but as an introduction or sampler, this is first-rate.
