Taking its title from a dance move, the ‘Commando Mixtape’ showcases the taxi techno style and its various taxonomic variations - Mgido, core tribe, Sgubhu, Gqom Tech and Gqom Trap - for a hard-to-resist ride deep into Durban’s rhythmic cultures.
