Plastic Poetry is an album of an intergenerational duo - Irek Wojtczak and Kamil Piotrowicz. It is a record of an improvised session that was recorded in November 2018 in Bielsko-Biała during the duo's concert tour in southern Poland.

"Plastic, chemical plastic, and poetry, bearing a wide symbolism of ambiguous art - create a contemporary, definitive contrast, while referring to the world of obviousness and inauthenticity as well as the intuitive world of ambiguity" - this is how the duo defines the context of their work.

Irek Wojtczak - saxophonist, composer and arranger - is the leader of the bands The Bees Knees and Folk Five. Pianist and composer Kamil Piotrowicz heads his own sextet and co-creates, among others, the trio Lawaai, Richard Limes and Minim Experiment.

The premiere of the album will take place on October 16 at the Idealistic festival in Copenhagen. Howard Records is the publisher.
