Machado Quartett - Viergefühl (2019)

In January 2017 they played for the first time in the Chamer Langhaussaal - to be on stage in the sold-out Carnegie Hall in New York the next day! Exactly three years later, they come back with a brand new program and their latest CD "Viergefühl": With the machado quartet from Munich, the city of Cham gets a first-class cast for the New Year's Concert: The fingers dance like dervishes over the fingerboard, a jazz broom touches the body, a plectrum strokes the e-string in pianissimo, and where is the drummer sitting? Definitely: on the guitar! With hitherto unheard sound effects and for the past 10 years, the Machado Quartet has set its own standards in the field of classical guitar music.
