Composer and pianist PETER LIEUWEN has been commissioned, performed, and recorded by orchestras, small ensembles and artists throughout North America and Europe. BRIAN LIPPMAN has been owner and operator of Lippman Music Co. for 30 years. He is one of the most talented, versatile and sought-after bass players around. No matter what the genre, he can jump right in and play anything with unmatched skill and groove. He’s the #1 go to guy any time anyone is looking for a bass player and often plays and fills in with many different bands. He’s toured around the world as well as being a well-known fixture in the local music scene.

WAYNE SMITH has been a drummer / percussionist most of his life. Studying with Gene Krupa in New York City, he developed a special affinity for Jazz and big band music. Performing in Canada and the United States, he attended Interlochen National Music Camp and studied with Professor Heinz at the University of Toronto. Professionally, he worked with John Mills-Cockell and for many years, worked with the production of sound tracks and recording sessions in Toronto Canada and Los Angeles. More recently, he has enjoys working with the Big Apple Trio.

The BIG APPLE TRIO has performed internationally with artists such as Doc Severinsen, Allen Vizzutti, Vince DiMartino, Bo Diddley and The Drifters.
