One listen to "Full Circle" from this CD is all one needs to be convinced that David Sanborn is back to his old soulful R&B ways; the only problem is that it's Everette Harp. Harp, who shows virtually no individuality on alto, hints at Kenny G. on soprano and mostly performs derivative instrumentals. A few numbers include routine group soul vocals. The set of R&B is pleasant and well-played, but is instantly forgettable and strictly-for-the-money dance music. ~ Scott Yanow
