Martí Serra Trio - Alguns Moments Bons (2008)

This is the widely expected CD by one of the most renowned sax players in Barcelona. Mostly known for his work as a sideman in some of the best local jazz bands (such as Jordi Matas Quintet or Giulia Valle Group), Martí Serra is now leading his own project, a trio with bassist Rai Ferrer and drummer Xavi Maureta. Alguns moments bons is their first CD, a live recording that explores Serra's creative way of understanding jazz improvisation and interplaying.
