Brand new music from REQ, his first new music in 18 years since his 'Sketchbook' album for Warp Records. It expresses a sonic collaboration of the visual work he has engaged in over the past 4 years with his friend and muse Smudge and is a taster ahead of a double album proper due for release on Seagrave in summer 2020. 'Calypso Dark' is the title track from the album and is named for colour #139 in the Belton Molotow spraypaint series. Beats and other music by REQ.
