The fourth solo album from Mark Morriss (The Bluetones) is his most creative work to date. Initially recorded and released through a crowdfunding campaign in 2016 Look Up found a full release through independent record label Reckless Yes in 2019 across vinyl, CD and digital.
The release saw the record gain critical and fan acclaim. Louder Than War magazine scored it 9/10 saying it is, "Wonderfully varied, intriguing, exciting, and exquisite - an excellent job", while God is in the TV gave it a 8/10 saying it was 'textbook Morriss'.
Praise has also come from elsewhere with Lamacq giving plays to singles on 6Music, interviews with XS Noize and The Mouth Magazine, as well as TV slots for videos too.
In-store performances have given an acoustic slant to the highly detailed and layered songs from the album making Look Up a record you'll return to time and again.
The initial runs of splatter and blue vinyl were quickly snapped up and a further limited edition run of cream vinyl was made available from autumn 2019.
