John Angus has earned a reputation as a respected guitarist and vocalist over many years and many bands. As a teenager, it was a case of almost made it, like so many talented players who just weren’t at the right place at the right time. It has been his lifelong ambition to record original songs, inspired by his life in the form of music, something he believes he needed to do ” for the record ” .
The songs reflect on people who hurt and have been hurt on life’s journey, something everyone has faced and the band have put their stamp on each track to create a memorable experience enjoyed by the players and hopefully all who listen.
It’s about time features seven songs penned by John and recorded at Prism Studios Stoke on Trent and produced by Shaun Lowe who was simply inspirational.
