Samy Thiébault - Blues for Nel (2004/2020)

“Blues For Nel”, their first album was released in 2004 on the Musicast label, thanks to their victory at the prestigious La Défense competition (composition and soloist prize) and the same year at the “Sunside Trophies” with a group prize which allows them to enter the studio and make this first opus. Without any promotional aid structure and before the influence of social networks, this first album was a real success with the public and the press, who discovered "a Coltranian in the best sense of the term" (Le Nouvel Observateur).
