Nous - Alive (2018) [Hi-Res]

The trio Nous have finally released their debut album. The aim is to use all the musical fantasy available to explore the sound of the trio. Each one of the compositions have their own musical landscape in which Nous find new ways. You will hear colors of classical counterpoint and rhythmic complexity together with lyrical melodies and swinging energy. The balance between composed and improvised music makes the album exciting and keeps the listener alert. There is an ease and flexibility in the collective time and phrasing formed by many years of playing together. The dynamic range of the trio is refined through the great sound of Nilento Studios, Gothenburg.
