An original Bluesy Folk-Country sound with lot's of charisma, sensuality and sex appeal make Danny B. Harvey & Mysti Moon an Americana / Roots Duo of a caliber higher than all others. Although Danny B. is well known for his guitar playing skills in Lemmy's Rock'n'Roll band The Headcat, he created, produced and was 1/2 of the duo The Lonesome Spurs, who were the darlings of the Americana / roots genres for the short time they lasted, Pulse Magazine called them the "White Stripes of Country". Danny B has also produced and played on CDs by Wanda Jackson, The Rockats, Nancy Sinatra and Sky Saxon.

Mysti Moon's amazing vocals have been captivating audiences since she was still in her teens. Being groomed for Country Western stardom while still a teenager by powerful Nashville industry moguls, she decided to chuck it all and move back to Arizona to concentrate on her singing, songwriting and making music that was more honest and true to herself and would reflect her burning artistic passion

Danny B. and Mysti met in the studio while working on one of Danny's production projects and the two of them instantly formed an artistic bound, they quickly drove head first into their shared love of old blues / country songs by Bessie Smith, Memphis Minnie, Lead Belly and Reverend Gary Davis. With a fresh new sound they managed to bring these classics from another era into the 21st Century. Their soon to be classic interpretations of those tunes, long with the three originals on this CD will surely make this one of the most exciting releases you've heard in a long time.
