Released in Germany for the 2014 holiday season, the three-CD RTL Weihnachten set features two CDs of pop holiday tunes with one disc of classical Christmas music. On the pop side there's everyone from Band Aid ("Do They Know It's Christmas?") to James Brown ("Merry Christmas Baby"), while the classical disc features orchestras like the Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields and choirs such as the Choir of King's College, and it closes with Luciano Pavarotti's performance of "Ave Maria."
