This is not true. This album was recorded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1976. It was officially released in 2001 under the title "Is Everybody Listening?", and, in 2007 under the title "Live In America 1976".
Not only are the versions of the songs exactly the same, but even the applause and whistle are the same.
