A great live album from the sextet of pianist Junko Onishi one of the warmest, most dynamic groups she's had in awhile and one who come across here with all these moody tones and colors that seem to really help shape the direction of Junko's own performance! The horns are great a lineup that includes Miki Hirose on trumpet and flugelhorn, Akihiro Yoshimoto on tenor and soprano, and Yuzo Kataoka on trombone players who sometimes have a way of blocking out their sound in nicely angular ways, which are emphasized by the piano and who sometimes hit a freer flow when the drums and bass get going! The rest of the group features Yosuke Inoue on bass and Shinnosuke Takahshi on drums and the set also features some work on guitar from Satoshi Yoshida and alto from David Negrete on tracks that include "Peace In Chaos", "Unity 1", "Rain In March", "Water Reflections", "2 Laps Behind", and "Gate Crasher".
