Ruben Alves - Manto (2020)

Although his training and artistic career is centered in the scope of jazz / pop and classical, in this album Ruben Alves had the desire to point to his Portuguese influences. Not only the introduction of the Portuguese guitar and some traditional percussions reflect this objective, but the sound and composition itself refer to that fact. At a time when traditional music (namely fado), is very centered on vocal music, Ruben shows another side, within his influences, with interpretive quality and exclusively original material.
