Quatuor Zaïde - Ludwig (2020) Hi-Res

5th album of the Zaïde Quartet, "Ludwig" is entirely dedicated to the Beethovenian genius. During his previous album "Amadeus" devoted to Mozart, the Zaïde wished to bring together one of the composer's masterpieces, the quartet n ° 3 op.18, alongside a rare transcription, dated from the 19th century, of another of his masterpieces, the Kreutzer Sonata, presented here in a version for two cello quintet.
Bruno Delepelaire, principal cello of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, joins the Zaïde Quartet here to celebrate the Beethoven year as it should be!
