BRTHR - High Times for Loners (2020)

"High Times For Loners" is the prophetic title of BRTHR's new album - titled and recorded just before the pandemic. BRTHR from Stuttgart sound fresh and full of energy on their third album - compact songs, influenced by folk and soul, next to airy, openly arranged pieces, the vastness of Neil Young combined with the shimmering sound of Calexico.

BRTHR take these elements and transform them into a very special, relaxed sound. Philipp Eissler sings about loneliness, transience and walls in people's minds and on borders. And the hopeful promise of brighter days, an album like the light at the end of the tunnel.
