A fixture on Nashville’s lower Broadway, Donnie Clark is a songwriter of incomparable gifts. His songs shadow a deep mysticism and sentiment for human spiritualism. His voice swims a deep vibrato reminiscent of Slim Whitman and his percussive guitar stylings rake like a freight train. From his upbringings in northern Pennsylvania, to his travels, Donnie Clark pioneers a rich catalogue that tells not only the salvation of mankind but his own life story.

Since first coming to Nashville, Donnie Clark secured a weekly feature on the legendary John Shepherd show. He holds a Tuesday night residency at East Nashville’s American Legion Post 82. You can find him most every day at the world famous honky tonk ‘Robert’s Western World’, where his picture is framed on the wall at the top of the stairs.
