2021’s The Ol’ Rogue Saloon marks Kevin Asher’s debut release; a gritty, soulful, full-length album steeped in the rural way of life from his childhood to the present with a traditional twist. Kevin has come into his own as a unique singer/songwriter. On this release, Asher tackles the subjects of poverty, loss, love, and yearning for something better. Asher’s songs are drenched with a ton of life experience and authenticity with great hooks, superb storytelling with nods to many of his diverse influences.
