The Singing Skies are a band led by singer-songwriter Kell Derrig-Hall featuring members who also currently play or have played in variously great Sydney bands including The Holy Soul, Melodie Nelson, Ernest Ellis and Cameras. Head In The Trees, Heart On The Ground was in part recorded in the rural idyll of the NSW South Coast with further recording and mixing by Tim Kevin, who recently worked on Holly Throsby's After A Time.
