Extrawelt - Eigensender (2021)

German duo Extrawelt land on Furthur Electronix for their fifth album, Eigensender. It’s the first time they venture away from Sven Väth’s Cocoon mothership for an LP, lending themselves a freedom to experiment with a slightly different sound palette. It’s still their signature, powerful and hardware-centric ethos though, where big-room techy cuts sit side-by-side with glossy breaks, unusual dancefloor experiments and a healthy dose of acid.
