Ryan Glenn - Faraway Rose (2021)

Texas based singer/songwriter Ryan Glenn delivers thought provoking lyrics and infectious rhythms that are well beyond his mere 19 years of age. His exposure to music started as a young child, as both of his parents have been lifetime working musicians. At the age of 12, Ryan discovered the music of Elvis Presley and it sparked a deep appreciation for that era, which led to the establishment of his Rockabilly roots at the age of 16. He credits Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash and Eddie Cochran for sparking his passion and inspiring him to pursue his own career in music. Glenn has experienced exponential growth as an artist in the three years that he has been active on the Texas music scene. His sound and songwriting have evolved into something truly unique. He brings a distinct style to the Americana music world that is progressive yet has a tendency towards the throwback sounds of some of his many musical heroes from years past. Most recently, Ryan and his band have completed production on their first full-length album with producer and Dallas music icon John Pedigo and are gearing up for the April 30, 2021 release.
